    What you'll be doing day to day
    We are offering an exciting internship within Self Serve experience Digital product team - as a Communication specialist.

    Are you looking for an exciting internship opportunity to unleash your passion for communication and apply your skills to real-world situations? Join the Self Serve Kiosk team that delivers value to every third customer in 550+ stores globally. Our Self Serve Kiosk allows customers to independently find answers to common questions, enhancing their shopping experience. Simultaneously, it supports our co-workers by facilitating customer assistance on larger screens.

    The team works with diverse stakeholders throughout the organisation to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs in different store formats. We invite you to bring your unique ideas and perspectives on effectively reaching our stakeholders with the right content via the right channels.

    Our ideal candidate is passionate about inspiring and communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.

    Please read the following before applying:

    Send your CV and motivational letter in English by April 21st at the latest. We will run the process of matching interns and areas continuously, so please apply as soon as possible.

    We only accept students who live within commuting distance to the office in Malmö during the time of the internship, and who are connected to a university within the country. To participate in this internship, you must be enrolled in a relevant university program or educational course. The internship is unpaid. Full-time is favoured, but a min. of 50% per week is acceptable. No exceptions will be made.

    Duration: Fall 2025. Start date: September 1st 2025.
