    • Very good understanding of key performance measurements used for planning, follow up and steer the business.
    • Very good knowledge and understanding of unit fulfilment and influencing factors.
    • Very good knowledge of different leadership styles and how to adapt it according to needs and different situations.
    • Good knowledge of ways of working in the area of forecasting, range management, stock accuracy, stock structure and sales steering.
    • Good understanding of how the different unit departments interact and how they together contribute and enable excellent quality in Fulfilment Integration process leading to an excellent customer experience.
    • Good knowledge of Supply Chain methods, processes and working methods toward the IKEA unit and its business partners.
    • Excellent knowledge of all relevant standard operating procedures and rules and guidelines for Fulfilment Integration to secure agreed way of working.
    • Very good knowledge in working agile and how to adapt way of working in accordance with different potential sales scenarios.
    • Good knowledge of the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand Identity, and the IKEA Culture & Values
    • Ability to lead and coach based on performing and delivering while learning and developing
    • Ability to give and take responsibility and empower colleagues to be entrepreneurial
    • Very good in building relationships across the organization
    • Very good communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage a high-volume and vibrant retail business in a fast-changing omnichannel environment and to make things happen with flexibility in collaboration with different stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze and translate business and customer needs into development initiatives and translating a business plan into a tactical plan and operational performance.

    Your responsibilities

    IKEA Gangdong Fulfilment Integration Manager position includes Fulfilment Operations responsibilities:

    Purpose of the job

    • Fulfilment Integration Manager: Enabling efficient operations by leading, coaching, and developing the Integration team, co-operating with supply chain partners and securing correct replenishment of the unit. Additional scope for CMP only: Securing an excellent commercial planning and execution by actively working together with unit commercial partners. Responsible for securing the agreed availability goals and correct stock structure for the unit.
    • Fulfilment Operation Manager: Lead the End-to-End daily running fulfilment unit operations. Lead, coach and develop the operational teams. Secure all is performed with high quality at lowest possible costs and the customer in focus and always with an everyday safe, sustainable, and healthy work environment in mind.

    Assignments

    • Responsible for the execution of Commercial activation, range changes and operational forecasting in the unit.
    • Responsible for monitoring and securing correct range management and stock accuracy management in the unit.
    • Responsible for optimal stock structure by proactively working to reduce avoidable stock resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs.
    • Responsible for Unit Fulfilment Solution Responsible, site implementation and continuous process improvement in the fulfilment unit.
    • Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing Fulfilment Integration team by working closely with Fulfilment Operations team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
    • Accountable to ensure that the Fulfilment Operations team works in compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, all functional relevant Standard Operating Procedures, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment
    • Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing Fulfilment Operations team by working closely with Fulfilment Integration team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
