Equally at home in spreadsheets and on the shop floor, they hardwire performance rhythms (dashboards, KPI follow up, A/B tests) across our omnichannel reality, spot deviations early, and mobilize Business Leaders to course correct. Pragmatic and hands on, they handle the necessary administration (range dimensioning, sales steering tools, comms proofing) while pushing for higher conversion, cross sell, and add on opportunities. A natural connector, they align Digital, CFF, Communications, Sustainability, BNOF, People & Culture, and Stores around one plan, one truth of data, and communicating crisply across time zones and cultures, with high ownership and a strong bias to action.
