    A day in your life with us

    As a Commercial Activity Leader, you optimize IKEA’s sales and profitability by attracting more visitors to the store. You work together with the commercial team at IKEA Duiven to lead and implement the commercial calendar. This challenge requires a flexible person who can apply their knowledge of the IKEA product range, the local market, competitors, and customers.

    • You dare to think outside the box and recognize commercial opportunities there.
    • You make well-founded decisions.

    What we do today, we will do even better tomorrow. Together, we care for people and the environment. And IKEA, in turn, takes good care of you as well. Start as a Commercial Activity Leader and, based on a 36-hour workweek, you will receive:

    From the age of 18, a gross monthly salary between €3,021 and €4,256, depending on your knowledge and experience. You will be placed within a salary scale, with the maximum amount indicating the highest level you can grow into within this role.

    A 13th month salary and 8% holiday allowance. These are usually paid out in December and May, but you can also choose to receive them monthly.

    An additional allowance if you work irregular hours. This allowance ranges between 50% and 100% and applies on weekdays and Saturdays if you work before 7:00 AM or after 9:00 PM. On Sundays and public holidays, you receive this allowance for the entire day.

    A collective bonus scheme. This is determined annually and can amount to a maximum of 150% of your gross monthly salary.

    Public transport commuting costs are fully reimbursed. If you live within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA store, you can also opt for a lease bike. If you travel by car, you receive a commuting allowance of up to €243 per month.
    15% staff discount at all IKEA stores in the Netherlands.
