    We are excited to announce the launch of our second physical Customer Meeting Point (CMP) in Delhi — a Small Store located in a key high potential cluster in the heart of Delhi - South Central!
    Following the successful opening of IKEA Pacific in West Delhi, this centrally located store marks a key stepping stone in strengthening our market penetration and becoming more accessible to our customers across the city.
    Together, both stores will deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, help us build a strong and loyal customer base, and lay the foundation for future expansion across Delhi NCR and Northern India.

    Who You Are
    You are passionate about creating a positive shopping experience for customers and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a strong customer focus, enjoy working as part of a team, and have excellent problemsolving skills. You are friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist customers with their needs. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complaints with empathy makes you a great fit for this role.
    Your Background & Skills:
    • Experience in customer service and retail environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Passion for home furnishing and an understanding of customers’ everyday life at home.

    Your responsibilities

    As a Customer Relations Co-Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Providing exceptional customer service: Be helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented when interacting with customers.
    • Handling complaints and inquiries: Listen actively to customers, resolve their concerns efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Optimizing the shopping experience: Ensure your workspace is well-equipped, organized, and efficient at all times.
    • Processing payments: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive checkout experience.
    • Assisting with product assembly & exchanges: Help customers with assembly concerns and exchange components when needed.
    • Supporting store goals: Understand and contribute to the store’s commercial action plan to maximize sales and profitability.
    • Ensuring store safety & compliance: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
    • Promoting IKEA values: Uphold and reflect IKEA’s values in all customer interactions.
