    '- Actively approach customers, identify their needs, and recommend the best solutions
    - Keep your area clean, organized, correctly priced, and fully stocked, following IKEA merchandising standards
    - Learn and stay updated on product features and benefits; confidently share this knowledge with customers and coworkers
    - Collaborate with team members—seeking support when needed and stepping in to help others
    - Support warehouse operations through stocking, replenishment, safe material handling, and maintaining inventory accuracy
    - Perform routine physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, to support smooth daily operations
