    You are a passionate communicator who understands the power of storytelling and engagement. You enjoy working with different stakeholders, managing projects, and creating meaningful communication that strengthens a brand's reputation.

    You have:

    2 to 5 years of experience in internal and/or external communications
    Excellent writing and communication skills in French, Dutch, and English
    Experience in stakeholder and project management
    A proactive and hands-on mindset
    A passion for communication, languages, and people
    Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms
    The ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
    An appreciation for IKEA values and culture

    Your responsibilities

    As a Communication Specialist, you will help bring IKEA's communication strategy to life through impactful internal and external communication initiatives.

    Your key responsibilities include:

    Developing communication content and campaigns
    Supporting communication projects and media relations activities
    Writing press releases, Q&As, and stakeholder communications
    Driving internal communication and co-worker engagement
    Managing communication projects from planning to execution
    Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
    Monitoring communication trends and continuously improving ways of working
    Supporting localisation and translation projects to ensure a native customer and co-worker experience
    Collaborating with external translation partners and internal stakeholders
    Ensuring all communication reflects the IKEA tone of voice and brand identity
