    About this work area

    In the P&C LOS team, our vision is to deliver excellent P&C services that support our co-workers and enable business success, achieved through coordinated service delivery, standardised processes, and collaborative stakeholder relationships. As a Recruiter, you understand that finding the right people is essential to driving business performance and building a strong, diverse and inclusive workforce. You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business to attract, engage and recruit talented candidates while delivering a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
    Key accountabilities for this role include;
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and create an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact through to hire stage, ensuring an efficient, engaging and values-led recruitment process.
    • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of current and future recruitment needs and role requirements.
    • Utilise global recruitment tools, programs and sourcing techniques to identify, attract and engage qualified candidates for current and anticipated vacancies.
    • Build, maintain and proactively manage talent pools and sourcing strategies to support future workforce and competence needs.
    • Analyse recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, support decision-making and drive continuous process improvement across recruitment activities.
    • Integrate Diversity, Equality and Inclusion principles into all recruitment activities to support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
    • Foster and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the organisation to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities and sourcing strategies while managing expectations.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness, process efficiency and candidate experience.

    You are a positive and highly motivated recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships and creating exceptional candidate experiences. You bring strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities and are confident partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract the talent needed to support business growth. Combining commercial awareness with strong recruitment expertise, you are comfortable using data, insights and digital tools to drive informed decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.
    To be considered for this role you will need to have:
    • Minimum 3 years of related experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar field.
    • Strong capability in talent sourcing, candidate attraction and talent pipeline development. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end processes and strong use of recruitment systems.
    • Well-developed communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with leaders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
    • Knowledge of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion principles and their practical application in recruitment activities.



    Skills:
    This role requires a professional with strong talent sourcing and acquisition capabilities, supported by business acumen, stakeholder relationship management and digital literacy. The successful candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, administrative excellence, continuous process improvement and the ability to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes that support business objectives
