    As the Online Commercial Planning Specialist, you will lead the planning and maintain the portfolio overview of global and local initiatives for the e-commerce channel. You will secure a clear roadmap and a sharp delivery plan, synchronising all activities that support the online commercial calendar and ensuring 365-day vitality. You are a key member of the Commercial function, working within the wider e-commerce team to proactively contribute to e-commerce planning and output in order to deliver on common objectives and goals. In this role, you will:
    • Develop the online Commercial Calendar, ensuring online priorities are aligned with and reflected in the Commercial Calendar
    • Coordinate online activities primarily with Core Area Managers, HFB Leaders, and the Commercial Activity Leader, as well as across functions through the wider Commercial Calendar Team, to ensure consistency across channels
    • Coordinate online activities related to product launches within the timeframe agreed with the local Selling team and other Commercial functions
    • Contribute with e-commerce related sales support when needed
    • Keep the planning up to date with the overview of global and local initiatives to secure the feasibilities, both in terms of resource plan, budget, and technical releases to secure the best execution of activities in all channels for IKEA customers
    • Monitor and follow up KPIs to ensure the plans are being followed and take corrective actions
    • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus, and maximise impact across functions including Selling, Digital, Customer Fulfilment, Communications, Sustainability, Business Navigation Operations and Finance, and People and Culture
    • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA

    To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

    • Formal qualifications in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or similar competence built through your career. A minimum of five years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar is required, providing you with broad knowledge of e-commerce and online touchpoints, the marketing creative and production process, and IKEA tools, processes, and cycles.
    • Experience in driving output within set scope and following up results. You should be comfortable monitoring KPIs, taking corrective actions, and ensuring plans are executed effectively.
    • Experience from retail, preferably from the digital area. This background will give you good knowledge of the end user in the IKEA omnichannel shopping experience and online customer behaviours.
    • Broad knowledge of Life at Home and Home Furnishing, IKEA concept, brand objectives, IKEA Culture and Values and vision, as well as Ingka Group strategies, priorities, and key processes. Good knowledge of problem-solving and conflict-handling techniques and change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management are also essential.
