    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Manage the lifecycle of all digital foundation assets in the country within a defined region, aligned with the Ingka standard operating procedures to secure standard solutions across countries.
    • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and diagnostics of the digital foundation products for the many co-workers in our physical location in a customer experience led way while prioritizing those to business needs.
    • Proactively support efficient on-site project implementation efforts in the markets for new digital products by active stakeholder management, procurement and standardized technical implementations.
    • Perform preventive maintenance and routine activities, provide input on digital product at risk of downtime and contribute to the creation of financial and technical measures to identify and avoid potential business interruptions.

    The pay range for this position is $24.08 to $34.01

    JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-time
