    Your responsibilities

    As an IKEA Food Administrator, you will support the food business by ensuring accurate data management, smooth administrative processes, and compliance with internal guidelines.

    You will:

    •Manage and secure the correct flow of food administration processes including ordering, goods receiving, invoice control, and stock management
    •Ensure timely and accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation related to food operations
    •Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and highlight deviations for corrective action
    •Support monthly financial processes by validating invoices and coordinating with finance teams
    •Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, waste, and food costs to identify improvement opportunities
    •Ensure compliance with local regulations and IKEA internal rules and guidelines
    •Act as a key user for food-related systems, supporting daily operations and training co-workers
    •Contribute to implementing and maintaining new tools, systems, and ways of working within the food function
    •Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and operational efficiency
