    As a person, you are passionate about data, technology, and turning information into meaningful business insights. You are curious, analytical, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions. You enjoy solving problems, working with data, and collaborating with different business teams to support better decision-making.

    To be successful in this role, you have:
    • Basic knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization concepts.
    • Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence principles.
    • Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Python.
    • Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
    • The ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
    • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively.
    • You are a final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Data
    Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or
    a related quantitative field.
    • You are available to work full-time in person.

    Your responsibilities

    As a Data Analyst / AI Analyst Intern, you will:
    • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports for business
    stakeholders.
    • Assist in extracting, cleaning, validating, and preparing data for analysis and
    reporting.
    • Work with SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools to generate actionable
    business insights.
    • Help document data definitions, reporting standards, and business logic to ensure
    consistency and accuracy.
    • Support ad hoc data analysis requests from business teams.
    • Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
    • Assist in automation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate and support
    AI-enabled analytics projects where applicable.
    • Contribute to automating business processes to improve efficiency and reduce
    manual effort.
    • Collaborate with the country Data & Analytics team to support business decision
    making through reliable data and insights.
    • Continuously learn and apply new analytical techniques, tools, and best practices
    to enhance reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
