This is why we focus on delivering high impact, ready-to-use solutions with tangible business value for our co-workers and customers across all markets in Sweden.

If you have experience of Marketing and internal communication, as well as basic understanding of the latest technologies such as AI, it will be considered an advantage.

We would like to see that you are comfortable with the English language – both verbally and in written and like to work in a structured way.

    Our team within IKEA

You will be part of experienced Deployment & Adoption team within Sweden, leading the Sweden Digital Roadmap for all Retail units. We are a team with a shared passion for Togetherness, IKEA’s purpose and continuously enable the business growth. If you feel the same and want to improve, we look forward to meeting you.

You will be joining a team of eight colleagues, and you will have the possibility to look into the processes of different focus-areas. You will work closely with our team and report to a dedicated project leader, Vicky Dalezios.
