Sweden is where it all began – the heart and soul of IKEA. With over 80 years of bold ideas, hard work, and a deep love for the many people, we’re proud of our journey and excited about the future we’re building together. If you have experience of Marketing and internal communication, as well as basic understanding of the latest technologies such as AI, it will be considered an advantage.

We would like to see that you are comfortable with the English language – both verbally and in written and like to work in a structured way.

We are a team with a shared passion for Togetherness, IKEA’s purpose and continuously enable the business growth. If you feel the same and want to improve, we look forward to meeting you.

You will be joining a team of eight colleagues, and you will have the possibility to look into the processes of different focus-areas. You will work closely with our team and report to a dedicated project leader, Vicky Dalezios.
