    • Maintain an optimal level of competent co-workers in the correct locations to create an excellent
    customer shopping experience.
    • Lead and coach co-workers to create a fully and efficiently stocked facility where the IKEA product
    range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers.
    • Share up-to-date knowledge about the product range and IKEA services with co-workers.
    • Set individual and team goals and objectives focused on optimising customer shopping experience,
    whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating co-workers to achieve these goals and objectives.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum 5 years of related experience
    • Minimum 1 year of managerial experience



    JOB TYPE: Permanent, Salaried

    HOURS: Open availability required including nights, weekends and holidays to support the needs of the retail business.
    Mobility Offered: Yes, Domestic (Internal candidates only)

    The pay range for this role is $70,824 - $101,632 / year depending on experience.
