    whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating co-workers to achieve these goals and objectives.

    Execute operational requirements by leading a team of co-workers to optimise the IKEA shopping
    experience to secure satisfied customers and increase sales.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum 5 years of related experience
    • Minimum 1 year of managerial experience



    JOB TYPE: Permanent, Salaried
    BENEFITS ELIGIBLE: Yes
    HOURS: Open availability required including nights, weekends and holidays to support the needs of the retail business.
    Mobility Offered: Yes, Domestic (Internal candidates only)

    The pay range for this role is $70,824 - $101,632 / year depending on experience.
