    Împreună ca o echipă

    Our team within IKEA

It’s hard to imagine, but IKEA started out as a small mail-order business in Älmhult, a village in the Swedish countryside. It can now be found in 63 countries offering a unique range of products. Working at IKEA means working in a world of ideas. A world that is described by our own colleagues as a workplace where everyone is welcome, and you can be yourself. Where together we make a difference for the many people and the planet. But also, a workplace where you determine your own career steps and where there is plenty of room for your practical creativity and ideas. And all this while working in a nice team with colleagues who are always there for you and support you when needed.

Fulfilment is a core function within Retail Operations and a fundamental part in making IKEA Omnichannel retail a reality. We do this by developing and operating replenishment and fulfilment, end-to-end with a process-oriented organization, with radical collaboration to our colleagues within the Commercial, Service office, and supply partners.
We deliver a clear focus on people's development and sustainable and cost-effective operations. As Fulfilment Operations Team Leader, you are part of the Store Fulfilment team, led by the Fulfilment Manager.
In everything we do – we have customer centricity with the aim of achieving 100% Happy Customers.
