    Additional information:
    • This role is permanent full-time – 76 hours per fortnight.

    • This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday, with shifts between 6:00am – 10:00pm, including alternating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).

    About this work area

    As a Service Execution Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of the Service Execution Operations team, helping ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused fulfilment processes across the store. You will work closely with the team to coordinate daily activities, support co-workers on the floor, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and delivered in line with agreed service levels.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Coordinating and supporting the daily operations of the Service Execution Operations team to ensure safe and efficient fulfilment processes.
    • Planning and supporting operational activities such as picking, packing, loading, unloading, and replenishment of goods and customer orders.
    • Helping the team meet operational targets and KPIs while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset.
    • Supporting team performance by providing feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement practical solutions.
    • Contributing to the delivery of the Service Execution Operations department goals.
    • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment within your area of responsibility.
    • Ensuring compliance with safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to protect co-workers and customers.
    • Supporting the onboarding and training of new co-workers and providing on-the-floor guidance to help build competence within the team.
