宜家工业南通工厂位于江苏南通高新技术产业开发区，是宜家工业集团在中国投资的一家高度自动化和数字化的家具制造工厂。公司成立于2012年初占地面积约140,000平方米，建筑面积约73,000平方米，2013年8月正式开业，年产能约7400万欧元。

It is a highly automation and digitalization furniture manufacturing company in China, directly invested by IKEA Industry AB.

Established in early 2012, the company occupies an area of approximately 140,000 square meters plant area of 73,000 square meters.

The company was inaugurated in August 2013 with yearly capacity is 74 million EURO.

We produce well-known ranges like PAX/BESTÅ/KALLAX/PLATSA and SMÅSTAD by using foil on board technology. Our products are selling to China, Australia, Japan and other regions. We are nominated as the first supplier in Asia pacific market for Foldable PAX Wardrobe since 2026. Since its opening we have always been aiming to realize IKEA’s vision “To create a better everyday life for the many people” by providing high-quality, affordable home furnishing products, producing lightweight furniture.

生产流程包括板材开料/组框/贴面包覆/封边钻孔/预组装/成品包装和自动运输。我们采用先进的自动化和智能化系统提升效率，降低成本，保障安全。

Our production process includes panel saw/BOS technology/Foil lamination and wrapping

to Edge-banding and drilling Pre-assembly/Finish goods packing and automatic transportation, we leverage advanced automated and intelligent systems to maximize efficiency significantly reduce labor costs and ensure workplace safety

质量控制方面，使用自动化检测系统，结合PUR封边、简易组装、PAX胶合工艺，

配合环保粘合剂和生物基化学品，实现无甲醛添加，产品更耐用、安全、易组装。

For quality control, we use automated detection systems combined with advanced techniques such as PUR edge-banding, easy assembly solutions, and PAX foldable frame gluing, along with eco-friendly adhesives and bio-based chemicals. This enables formaldehyde-free production, enhancing durability, safety, and user-friendliness while simplifying assembly.

在宜家工业南通工厂，我们积极全面推动有益于人类及地球发展的议程，引领可持续制造潮流作为宜家工业首个投资光伏技术的工厂，我们年产800万度电，覆盖50%用电需求，减少6500吨碳排放，并率先安装储能系统，提高太阳能自用率。通过热泵、电动叉车等举措，逐步淘汰化石燃料，目标实现100%可再生能源。

At IKEA Industry Nantong we are promoting a comprehensive agenda that benefits both our people and the planet. We are leading the Way in Sustainable Manufacturing. As the first IKEA Industry factory to invest in photovoltaic technology, we generate 8 million kWh of electricity annually, covering 50% of the company’s power needs and reducing our climate footprint by 6,500 tons of CO₂ equivalent. In addition, we are the first among IKEA Industry factories to install an energy storage system, to increase solar self-consumption. By introducing heat pumps and replacing diesel forklifts with electric ones, we are phasing out fossil fuels and aiming for 100% renewable energy usage.

Over the past decade, we have reached noteworthy milestones such as price development minus 3% every year, receiving high scores on compliance audits, being recognized as a Jiangsu Top 100 Enterprise and establishing a Smart Manufacturing Workshop in Jiangsu Province. Looking ahead we will use the IKEA Production system concept to continuously improve productivity, drive technological innovation, enhance quality and price competitiveness, and collaborate across China’s value chain to become the role model for the home furnishing industry.

• Direct and manage financial operations to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of money, materials, and assets while maintaining appropriate internal controls to ensure compliance with good financial policies and procedures in safeguarding the company’s assets.
• Cost control and cost reduction projects supporting lean culture. Identify cost savings, productivity and other opportunities and propose solutions to establish plant control issues, correction and compliance.
• Provide status of financial condition of the company by collecting, interpreting and reporting key financial data to support plant discussions and decision making regarding setting priorities, optimizing workflow, supporting manufacturing operations, and accomplishing other goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, professional and corporate requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside auditors/advisors, and filing financial reports.
• Facilitate the budget preparation along with developing financial business plans and forecasts.
• Maximize return and limits risks for including cash, investments, and other asset management.
• Coordinate with management team strategic planning, including but not limited to goals for current and future years; financial planning for growth and expansion.
• Consistently follow the vision and values of IKEA.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the site manager.

• 3 years of Finance management-related experience at least, active and high energy with result driven.
• Good at English both in writing and speaking skills.
• Excellent analytical ability, profound knowledge in controlling, budgeting and reporting.
• Good at communication, coordination and awareness of responsibility, with high performance in leadership.
• Be skillful in office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
