1. Administers first aid treatment on illness or accident before referring the patient to a hospital nearby for further medical treatment.
2. Implements and ensures compliance with Health and Safety policies, procedures and programs
3. Member of Health and Safety Committee. Report to Safety Manager regarding employees' accident.
4. Assisted company doctors during their visit to different plants
5. Assigned to provide care to Company employees and guest                                                                                           
6. Managed confidential employee files
7. Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
8. Monitor and record patient's condition
9. Perform any other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the management or the company doctor
10. Assessed job hazards and incorporated health promotion strategies to minimize accidents
11. Maintained a quality, clean and safe company's medical clinic
12. Performed office work, excellent internal and external customer services.

    Technical Skills :

• Knowledge and understanding local laws and local authorities
• Excellent knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
• Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures
• Adhere to safety standards and precautions
• Valid nursing license (as per local regulations).
• Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to provide first aid and emergency response (CPR, AED, basic life support).
• Experience in handling workplace injuries and medical incidents.
• Ability to conduct basic health assessments (vital signs, medical history review).
• Knowledge of infection control and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage medical records confidentially and accurately.
• Basic knowledge of workplace security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Ability to support evacuation procedures and emergency response plans.
• Familiarity with incident reporting processes.
• Ability to monitor and respond to safety or security risks appropriately.
• Basic understanding of access control and visitor management procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with the Security team during incidents.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license from the relevant health authority.
• Nursing experience (occupational health experience is preferred).
• Additional training in Occupational Health or Workplace Safety is an advantage.
• Basic security or emergency response training is a plus.
•  Interest in people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing.
• Ability to work together in a team.
• Ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives.
• Ability to communicate in English.
