  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Lead daily operations across fulfilment, customer relations and food, ensuring efficiency, safety and consistency
    • Secure smooth execution of routines and processes, maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
    • Monitor performance, priorities and workload to ensure operational readiness and high service levels
    • Support and develop your team, ensuring clarity of roles, competence and a collaborative way of working
    • Take responsibility for the store beyond your area, stepping into operational topics when needed and showing curiosity and willingness to grow across the full store scope

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Experience in coordinating operations and leading teams in fast-paced environments (retail, logistics, hospitality or similar)
    • Strong focus on execution, organisation and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage priorities, solve problems and adapt in a changing environment
    • Good understanding of how operations impact customer experience and business results
    • Hands-on approach and willingness to be present on the floor with the team
    • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and collaboration
