    • What you'll need to have

    '- Minimum 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Security, Health & Safety, or a related field.
    - Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
    - Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
    - Defensive Tactics certification is an asset.
    - Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    - Knowledge of risk management, safety practices, and compliance requirements.

    A day in your life with us

    '- Promote a culture of risk awareness and support risk-informed decision-making across the unit.
    - Provide guidance on Ingka policies, procedures, and local legislation to maintain a safe and secure environment.
    - Support and facilitate the completion of required compliance, safety, and risk-related training.
    - Identify, assess, and help mitigate operational, safety, security, and compliance risks.
    - Support incident prevention, investigations, and corrective action planning.
    - Monitor, track, and report incidents involving co-workers, customers, and visitors to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
    - Partner with leaders and co-workers to strengthen compliance, safety, and business resilience.
    - Support emergency preparedness and security-related activities to protect people, assets, and the IKEA brand.
