    • Who you are

    • you have a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree (nice to have but not mandatory),
    • you are fluent in English,
    • you have experience in leading different projects (nice to have but not mandatory),
    • you have very good working knowledge management capabilities, understanding of the importance and process of knowledge management,
    • you are also a good team player who knows how to lead your own projects and initiatives independently,
    • you have strong influencing and communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation,
    • increasing customer value, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality services energizes you,
    • constantly being on the move and challenging the status quo to continuously improve knowledge processes for the organisation's benefit is something important for you,
    • you are also energized by solving problems and getting things done,
    • you have good knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) process design and process improvement.

    A day in your life with us

    • review of KM knowledge articles quality and usability according to the agreed SLAs and its continuous improvement,
    • cooperation with Country P&C on setting up, reviewing, and updating knowledge articles at the Now P&C service portal,
    • support in identifying the best practices & knowledge that has been created,
    • working in partnership with GBO P&C Service teams,
    • leading continuous improvement initiatives around the knowledge management area.
