    A day in your life with us

    • acting as a first contact point for questions related to HR systems and tools,
    • support processes such as access management, technical support, data administration and maintenance, and incident raising,
    • help investigate issues in data transfer between HR systems,
    • closely cooperate with system providers,
    • keep the HR-systems user community up to date and manage future system requirements,
    • take responsibility for the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in everyday work,
    • FIKA - the coffee break (virtual or on the office patio),
    • lunch (if in the office, then with the team),
    • 1on1 meeting with your Team Leader to discuss your progress, challenges or sometimes simply have an informal conversation, self-learning e.g., e-learning on a training platform, LinkedIn Learning.

    Together as a team

    In the People Operations Support Team, together with other Junior Specialists, Specialists, Senior Specialists and Experts you will process and maintain on time all incidents, requests, documents, and reports related to the HR systems used by IKEA. You will also be the 2nd level of support to all the IKEA co-workers and business partners working in the HR area. This includes answering their questions related to HR Systems or solving their problems reported through the ticket system. You will be supported in your daily work by Team Leaders, whom you can consult in demanding situations. You can also count on your Buddy who will help you get to know IKEA’s culture and values and successfully get through the onboarding process.
