    Fulfilment Operations Roles:
    These roles are:
    • 2 - Permanent Part-time, 30hrs/fortnight
    • 2 - Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight
    • 1 - Permanent Part-time, 60hrs/fortnight
    You must be available to work shifts between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

    Overnight Fulfilment Operations Role:
    These roles are:
    • 1 - Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight
    You must be available to work shifts between 4am and 12pm, Monday to Sunday.

    • The Hiring Manager for this role is ​Joseph Rastegorac - Fulfilment Operations Manager​

    • Roster includes a mix of day and evening shifts
    • Availability is required for 3 out of 4 weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday)

    About this work area

    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will:
    • Pick, pack, and check products for in-store and online customer orders, meeting set KPIs.
    • Hand out Click & Collect orders, organise deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.
    • Support goods availability by maintaining accurate stock control and replenishment.
    • Follow IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the safety of customers and co-workers.
    • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to complete fulfilment tasks.
    • Manage stock storage, retrieval, replenishment, and internal transport within the warehouse.
    • Support the wider fulfilment team with tasks such as Click & Collect handouts and order processing.
