    • Able to manage confidential matters with integrity and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
    • Experience in risk, compliance, health & safety, security, or a related field is preferred, with fluency in the local language and English.

    Your responsibilities

    • Drive a proactive risk and compliance culture by integrating risk management into business planning and decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, Ingka rules, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal investigations, implementing mitigation plans where required.
    • Build awareness through training and coaching to strengthen health, safety, security, and compliance practices.
    • Act as the primary contact for risk and compliance matters with relevant authorities when applicable.
    • Coordinate crisis management planning, emergency response activities, and preparedness training.
    • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to proactively identify, manage, and reduce business risks.
    • Monitor compliance performance, drive continuous improvement, and support the execution of the unit's Business Risk & Compliance strategy.
