What you'll be doing day to day
As a Warehouse Associate, supporting the replenishment and order fulfillment process at our Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:
Assume major responsibility for shipping, receiving, block/storage of unit loads.
Handle Goods (unload, transport, replenish, pick, load) while safely utilizing material handling equipment and tools.
Secure goods properly to allow for safe movement through the unit and storage while adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Ensure inventory accuracy by verifying goods received, properly storing unit loads in assigned locations, and identifying any discrepancies.
Perform all system required processes within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Yard Management System (YMS).
Properly detect, correct and report all damage found or caused on inbound/outbound goods.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of our co-workers and customers.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-time, Hourly Associate
HOURS - From 34-40 hours per week (HL3) // Benefits Eligible
SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance.
DEPT | SHIFT DAYS: Customer Distribution Center | Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
The hourly base pay for this role is $19.57/hr.
The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 12/30/24.
QUALITFICATIONS
Material handling equipment experience preferred.
Requirements
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for the length of shift.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
