What you'll be doing day to day
As a Warehouse Supervisor, supporting co-workers and the operations at our Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:
Encourage independent development and consistent performance management for co-workers.
Resource planning of daily shift model by consistently monitoring the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Track and complete time and pay system requests.
Ensure inbound and outbound flow is processed according to IKEA Warehousing Concept.
Adhere to and promote the expectations of Quality for Life and Safety Standards within the unit.
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

The pay range for this role is $69825 to $96688 based on relative experience

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse, or Retail Distribution preferred.
1 to 3 years of leadership experience
Experience in leading and developing people
Experience with Material Handling Equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
