    • What you need to know

    We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in SAP Process Control (PC), SAP Risk Management (RM), and SAP Audit Management (AM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting, configuring, implementing, and delivering enterprise-scale SAP GRC solutions across complex business environments.
    This role requires a strong blend of functional, technical, and consulting capabilities, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional SAP teams and business stakeholders. Experience with ABAP and SAP Integration Suite will be highly valued.

    What you'll need to have

    • 8+ years of SAP experience with significant hands-on expertise in SAP GRC solutions.
    • Deep implementation and configuration experience in:
    o SAP Process Control
    o SAP Risk Management
    o SAP Audit Management
    • Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, internal controls, risk assessment methodologies, compliance processes, and audit lifecycles.
    • Proven experience in solution architecture and end-to-end delivery of enterprise SAP GRC programs.
    • Experience designing integrated solutions across multiple SAP landscapes.
    • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
    • Experience working in global and cross-functional SAP delivery teams.
    • Ability to drive workshops, solution design sessions, and executive-level discussions.
    • Experience with SAP Integration Suite and API-based integration architectures.
    • Experience upgrading and migration GRC systems.
    • Familiarity with SAP BTP services and extension capabilities.
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments and related business processes.
    • Knowledge of SAP Access Control and related SAP Security concepts.
    • Understanding of cloud and hybrid integration scenarios.
    • SAP certifications in GRC, BTP, or related SAP domains.

    Good to Have

    • Hands-on ABAP development experience.
    • Experience with custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, and troubleshooting technical issues within SAP landscapes.
    • Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI technologies.
    • Experience supporting digital transformation and compliance modernization programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP GRC solutions, with a primary focus on:
    o SAP Process Control
    o SAP Risk Management
    o SAP Audit Management
    • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP GRC solution designs.
    • Configure and optimize SAP GRC applications to meet governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
    • Develop implementation roadmaps, solution blueprints, and deployment strategies.
    • Design and implement integrations between SAP GRC and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
    • Leverage SAP Integration Suite to enable seamless data and process integrations.
    • Work closely with solution architects, product and engineering teams.
    • Collaborate across SAP functional areas including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Security, and Basis teams.
    • Support solution testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and production deployment activities.
    • Provide leadership and mentoring to the team members.

The Digital Area – Group Functions is built to strengthen digital partnership and delivery across all Group Functions and Global Business Operations (GBO). We develop and deliver digital capabilities across key areas such as Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, Real Estate, and Business Steering across Ingka's global organization.

    You will be part of Group Digital and work closely with Business Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, SAP Platform teams, Digital Product & Engineering teams, and business stakeholders across global functions. Together, we design, implement, and continuously improve governance, risk, and compliance capabilities that help safeguard critical business processes and support regulatory and internal control requirements.

    As an SAP GRC SME, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving the organization's SAP control and compliance landscape. You will drive the adoption of SAP GRC solutions and best practices, ensuring robust access governance, segregation of duties (SoD) compliance, risk monitoring, and control automation. By collaborating with business and technology teams, you will enable scalable, secure, and compliant SAP environments that support business growth while effectively managing risk.
