    A day in your life with us

    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned countries and own the delivery and performance of P&C services within agreed service levels,
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners, understand country needs and identify opportunities for service development and improvement,
    • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, securing competence development, engagement and succession planning,
    • Ensure accurate, timely, compliant and consistent delivery of P&C services across countries and hubs,
    • Drive a customer-focused service culture by monitoring KPIs and SLA performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
    • Coordinate with other Global Business Operations Specialists and P&C Services Team Leaders within the hub to ensure a consistent service delivery,
    • Collaborate closely with Location Operational Services and Centres of Expertise to ensure aligned and standardized ways of working,
    • Secure compliance with global processes, policies, legal requirements and internal controls,
    • Create and maintain service delivery models and self-service resources that enable managers and co-workers to efficiently access People & Culture services.
    • Manage escalations and support performance management, career development and the annual people cycle within the team.

    As a GBO People Services Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of specialists and work closely with business partners, Centers of Expertise and People & Culture colleagues to secure operational excellence, service performance and an outstanding co-worker experience. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, developing people and creating value for the business through excellent service delivery.

    The People & Culture Services teams support IKEA co-workers across the United States, China, India, and Europe by delivering HR administration and payroll services through a global service delivery model. We focus on providing reliable, compliant, and customer-focused services while continuously improving processes, leveraging automation, and enhancing the co-worker experience.
