    To enable this ambition, we are proud to announce the establishment of a Leadership and Competence Development Center — a key enabler in building future ready teams who can grow with IKEA and support our long term vision.

    We have 5 opportunities for five key roles within the Leadership and Competence Development Center. These functions play a critical role in shaping competence development across markets for- Sales, HFRD, Customer Relations, Food, CFF

    We are looking for competent, motivated individuals who take responsibility and want to be part of this exciting journey to develop our coworkers.

    • 5 years experience in a leadership role.
    • Functional knowledge of the respective function

    Your responsibilities

    • Ensures that global tools and learning offers are implemented, keeping country competence offer up-to-date, and development of learning solutions
    • Responsible to create a training calendar function wise basis competence development and have a tracker per coworker in the function,
    • Create a through onboarding plan for new coworkers – function specific.
    • Supports the building & execution of the country and unit training calendar for functional competence
    • Build and secure functional competence in new and upcoming CMPs
    • Secures available and competent facilitators / trainer pool in each unit
    • Conducts functional training when required and supports their functional facilitators
    • Collaborates with stakeholders across the country organisation to understand Training needs
    • Works with the Market L&D Specialist and Matrix Partners for organising and follow up of learning activities in units
    • Track, analyse and challenge impact and ROI of key learning activities
    • Open to Travel
