    Job description

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in daily administrative tasks, employee engagement initiatives, and HR operational activities. This internship offers valuable exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, co-worker experience, HR administration, and event coordination.

    The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with HR administrative tasks including maintaining records and documentation.
    • Support recruitment coordination such as scheduling interviews and tracking applications.
    • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
    • Assist with onboarding and general HR documentation.
    • Provide administrative and project support to the HR team when needed.

    Qualification

    Requirements

    • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible with good time management skills.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Able to commit to an internship period of at least 4–6 months.
