    You are passionate about home furnishing, interior design, and understanding how people live at home. You have a strong eye for aesthetics and enjoy creating inspiring, functional, and commercially relevant home furnishing solutions that reflect the IKEA identity. You are creative, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment where collaboration and hands-on execution are key. To succeed in this role, you bring:

    • Passionate about home furnishing, interior design, and understanding how people live at home.
    • Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
    • Able to create inspiring, functional, and commercially relevant home furnishing solutions aligned with the IKEA identity.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with a hands-on approach.
    • A collaborative team player who enjoys learning and working with others.
    • Educated or experienced in Interior Design or a related field.
    • Skilled in visualizing, drawing, and presenting creative ideas.
    • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
    • Possess basic communication skills in English.
    • Flexible to work in shifts.
    • Willing to relocate to Jaipur.

    Your responsibilities

    • Create inspiring room settings, vignettes, and sales areas that reflect the IKEA identity.
    • Translate customer insights and local market needs into functional and commercial home furnishing solutions.
    • Contribute to showroom presentations showcasing different styles, price points, and living situations.
    • Stay updated on home furnishing, retail, and lifestyle trends to bring creativity and innovation into the store.
    • Ensure high-quality and cost-conscious implementation of all range presentations.
    • Collaborate closely with the Communication & Interior Design (Com&In) team and other departments to execute store action plans.
    • Maintain a visually appealing, safe, and engaging shopping environment with the customer experience at the center.
    • Support the store in strengthening customer engagement and delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
