    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
    • Providing home furnishing solutions for a single product or a combination of products to improve people’s life at home.
    • Securing the use of the store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement commercial strategies throughout the store while creating a
    good overview and strong visual impact.
    • Recruiting, developing and leading your team.

    JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-time

    HOURS: Retail environment, must have open availability Monday through Friday 5:00AM - 3:00PM (general schedule). Please expect 1 weekend shift/month & during peak

    Qualifications

    • 3 years experience working as a visual merchandiser.
    • Experience working in visual merchandising in a retail environment.
    • Experience leading co-workers.
    • Proven success in leading creative processes and coaching people.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 63,219 USD to 90,179 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
