    Your responsibilities

    • Closely analyse sales and other KPIs and ensure all necessary reports are available.
    • Prioritize ready-made reports and train users on how to use and interpret them.
    • Follow part of the Profit & Loss (P&L), understand the connection to store operations, and provide relevant analysis and proposals to improve store performance.
    • Use Close the Gap to identify opportunities and suggest improvements based on benchmark KPIs, proven solutions, and best practices.
    • Follow up on business performance development and support the BNO Manager in the forecasting process.
    • Support the BNO Manager in the financial business planning process in the store.
    • Support store managers in building proper analysis and ROI calculations for planned investments.
    • Support the implementation of relevant rules and guidelines in areas such as risk and compliance, cash administration routines, and accounting rules.
