    Your responsibilities

    • Support the Com&In team in delivering high-quality carpentry and paintwork throughout the store.
    • Use your carpentry and craftsmanship skills to create, maintain, and improve store solutions and visual presentations.
    • Support the presentation of the IKEA range in line with IKEA's visual identity and home furnishing principles.
    • Prioritise and complete work based on store needs while minimising disruption to customers and co-workers.
    • Execute agreed Com&In and store action plans with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
    • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
    • Plan and order the required materials and resources and ensure costs are accurate and agreed.
    • Use materials and resources responsibly by reducing waste, reusing and recycling wherever possible.
    • Stay up to date with carpentry techniques, best practices, and new ways of working to improve quality and efficiency.
    • Work collaboratively with the Com&In team and other store functions to create a strong visual impression and an inspiring shopping experience for customers.
