    Your responsibilities

    As a Customer Relations Co-worker, you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless shopping experience for our customers.
    Customer Experience
    •Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to every customer.
    •Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, exchanges, and claims with empathy and confidence.
    •Ensure customers receive accurate information and suitable solutions that meet their needs.
    •Support customers throughout their shopping journey and contribute to an easy buying experience.
    •Escalate complex customer concerns appropriately while maintaining customer satisfaction.
    •Record customer feedback and relevant information accurately in company systems.
    Operations & Service Delivery
    •Process payments and transactions accurately while following cash-handling procedures.
    •Maintain an organized, well-equipped, and customer-ready work area at all times.
    •Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
    •Contribute to achieving daily and weekly service targets.
    Commercial Focus
    •Promote products and services by understanding customer needs and offering suitable alternatives.
    •Support sales growth by creating positive customer experiences that encourage repeat visits.
    •Share customer insights and feedback to help improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
    •Understand how your actions contribute to the overall success and profitability of the business.
    Teamwork
    •Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to improve the customer experience.
    •Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
    •Support colleagues when needed and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
    •Take ownership of your personal development and continuously build your competence.
