    As a Copywriter, you are a skilled communicator with a passion for creating clear, compelling and consistent content that supports commercial goals, strengthens the IKEA brand and helps the many people understand and choose IKEA.

    You bring the IKEA Tone of Voice to life across all channels, crafting communication that is honest, conversational, simple and occasionally playful. With a customer-focused mindset, you ensure every message feels human, helpful and distinct, creating meaningful connections at every touchpoint and delivering a seamless brand experience.

    In addition to the above, we'd love to see the following skills and experience

    • Fluent English language skills.
    • Substantial (5+ years) copywriting experience at a global brand or agency
    • A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write clear and clever copy for a variety of subjects and channels.
    • Strong understanding of AI landscapes and technologies, as well as emerging trends and capabilities
    • Digital marketing and advertising experience. Content strategy is a plus.
    • Skills and experience in visual creative concept and production.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of today's platforms and the multi-channel landscape.
    • Proven experience within a fast paced, customer facing role

    This position is a permanent position located in Hubhult, Malmö. We spend majority of our work week together here, collaborating and co-creating. There is no relocation support available for this role. Therefore, we are seeking candidates who are already based in the Öresund region or within a reasonable commuting distance.

    Your responsibilities

    As a Copywriter in The Content Factory, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that turns ideas into impactful communication. You’ll create engaging content across a wide range of customer facing projects, from campaigns to social media content, PR activities, events and executive communications. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll bring a creative mindset, strong writing skills and a sharp eye for what makes communication effective.

    You’ll join a supportive team that values collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement, where everyone contributes, shares ideas and helps one another.

    As well as the above, your responsibilities will also include:
    • Develop high‑quality written content for all channels, shaping commercial messages that are clear, engaging and aligned with business goals and the IKEA Tone of Voice.
    • Execute copy‑driven creative projects in close collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring campaigns, marketing materials PR activation, brand experiences and product communication feel consistent, human and recognizably IKEA
    • Create, manage and update digital content across websites, social media, mobile applications and other digital platforms, adapting messages to formats and customer needs while keeping communication simple, friendly and accessible.
    • Safeguard a consistent IKEA voice across print, video, digital and other communication touch points, ensuring every message speaks with clarity, honesty and the warm, down‑to‑earth personality people expect from IKEA.
    • Continuously improve content creation by staying connected to communication trends, insights and new possibilities, including AI‑supported ways of working, and applying them to strengthen clarity, relevance and impact.
