We are looking for an experienced product professional with at least five years of progressive digital product experience and a record of guiding Product Owners, product managers or cross-functional colleagues. You lead without formal authority, align perspectives.

    You can shape product vision, navigate dependencies in Agile and DevOps environments, and make data-informed decisions. You build trusted partnerships with marketing leaders, creative specialists, agency partners and technical teams.

    To succeed in this role, you’ll need
    • Senior product leadership & mentoring: Five years of progressive product management experience, including guiding Product Owners, product managers or cross-functional teams.
    • Marketing workflow management & campaign briefing: Understanding of campaign lifecycles, creative briefing, intake, review and approval. You reduce friction so teams can focus on creative quality and commercial impact.
    • Adobe Workfront & workflow automation: Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and ideally Workfront Fusion or similar tools. You understand workflows, request queues, intake forms, digital proofing, templates.
    • Product vision, strategy & roadmap: Ability to define a vision, strategy, roadmap and backlog connecting co-worker needs to business priorities. Experience with Engineering, UX/UI Design and Data Analytics in Agile ways of working.
    • Product discovery & co-worker empathy: Experience with interviews, research, journey mapping, personas and prototyping.
    • Agile leadership & delivery: Practical Scrum or Kanban experience. You support rituals, prioritisation and story mapping.
    • Stakeholder partnership & change leadership: Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills. You build trust across marketing teams, creative agencies, technical specialists and senior leaders.
    • Data-informed decisions & OKRs: Experience tracking OKRs and KPIs such as campaign cycle time, briefing completeness, adoption and operational bottlenecks.
    • Technical acumen & MarTech integration: Understanding of software delivery and integrations across Digital Asset Management/Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM.
    • AI, storytelling & problem solving: Interest in AI agents and agentic workflows is an advantage.

    As Senior Product Owner for Marketing Workflow Management, you will modernise how IKEA plans, briefs and delivers campaigns across global and country markets. You will improve collaboration, reduce time-to-market and create consistent customer experiences.

    You will set the direction for marketing work management solutions centred on Adobe Workfront and connected briefing applications. With engineers, UX designers, marketing operations leads, creative partners and Product Owners, you will shape the roadmap. You will work across markets and disciplines to improve planning, briefing, approvals and delivery. You will balance strategic direction with practical execution, create transparency through useful data, and make complex work easier for co-workers. Success means better adoption, faster campaign flow, stronger collaboration, clearer accountability and more time for teams to focus on ideas that create value for customers and the business.     You will explore AI agent orchestration, testing how intelligent agents can improve briefs, route approvals and coordinate creative deliverables. This is an opportunity to represent the product area and shape the future of marketing collaboration at IKEA.

    • Define and communicate product strategy: Set the vision, roadmap and prioritised backlog for Marketing Workflow Management and Campaign Briefing, connecting discovery, delivery to business outcomes.
    • Lead discovery and solve co-worker friction: Understand needs across marketing organisations, agencies. Use research and operational data to identify pain points and shape useful solutions.
    • Steer Adobe Workfront: Guide Workfront and connected tools, prioritising workflow, briefing, approval and reporting improvements.
    • Lead product capability: Coach Product Owners and colleagues, share product practices.
    • Set measurable outcomes: Define OKRs and indicators such as campaign turnaround, briefing completeness, adoption and reduced friction. Use results to demonstrate value.
    • Align stakeholders and lead change: Build alignment across markets and functions, communicate decisions.
    • Explore AI innovation: Test and scale opportunities such as brief enrichment, asset validation and intelligent task routing, focusing on co-worker outcomes.
    • Manage dependencies and improvement: Oversee risks and dependencies across MarTech initiatives and share learnings.
