    • We are now looking for a Business Navigation & Operations Manager who through strong customer focus, drive and commitment contributes to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations – every day.

Through inspiration you get the others on board by sharing insights, goals, thoughts, ideas and vision. You are not afraid to challenge, set expectations and delegate responsibility to your colleagues in order to achieve the best possible results together.

    You have previous experience from both leadership and background within fi, preferably from retail and a larger organization. This means that you have a realistic picture of the operational nature of the assignment - and find it appealing!

    Your responsibility

    As a Business Navigation & Operations Manager your main task is to coach and lead managers in how to achieve growth and sustainable long-term profitability. You communicate the financial goals of IKEA Helsingborg and support by navigating to help close any discrepancies.

    You take lead, drive and coordinate the financial business planning process and secure that the financial dimensions are aligned with the store changes and priorities, involving and creating commitment among stakeholders when setting goals.

    Together with the commercial team you identify commercial opportunities and promote the use of business case thinking when evaluating and acting on these.

    You will have the full understanding of the Profit & Loss for the store and steer actions to provide a store in shape as new, reducing costs and considering all impact on the P&L. Follow up the result and create forecasts and (if needed) activate scenario plans.

    Through your solid forecasting and analysis work, together with your knowledge of different work processes, you will contribute to a more efficient everyday life at IKEA Helsingborg. You are constantly looking for opportunities for increased growth and profitability by collecting different types of information and comparisons from other IKEA markets.

    In addition, you will ensure that all financial and operational processes are working excellently and that all laws and regulations are followed. The role includes responsibility for budget, forecast and performance reporting based on IKEA's global annual cycle.

    About this work area

    IKEA Helsingborg is a VAPS (Value Added Participation Share) store, a special concept within IKEA, with the goal to deliver and develop high end solutions - solution for customer, retail market with entrepreneurship and new ways of inspiring the customer.

    This is a full-time permanent position with start according to agreement. You mainly work daytime on weekdays, but also every eight weekend and one evening a week. You will be part of the IKEA Helsingborg management team as well as store duty team. You report to the Vaps Market Manager.
