    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Ensure delivery of safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solution that meet the needs of the business and the many people.
    • Implement all Construction Project delivery strategies, methods and procedures developed in the Cluster and align implementation and communication of those activities with all internal and external stakeholders.
    • Lead the internal co-operation between Real Estate, core areas, and external co-operation between authorities, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
    • Secure that procurement, contractors, permits, budgets and cost follow up are in place for the project.
    • Create an environment where the IKEA culture and values are a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers, contractors and customers.

    LOCATION-Three days onsite, two days remote at the IKEA Service Office in Conshohocken, PA
    TRAVEL-Up to 50% depending on project phase

    SALARY-Salary PG7: $107,082-$159,285

    Qualifications

    • University degree in Engineering and 4 years of related experience, or minimum 7 years of related experience.
    • 3-5 years of previous experience in development and/or construction management organization, preferably in high-volume retail sector.
    • Demonstrated experience managing construction and project budgets.
    • Project management expertise.
    • Construction and Facility management industry knowledge, preferably at a national level.
    • Technical degree (preferred).
