    About this work area

    【タレントプール登録対象職種と主な仕事内容】
    ①インテリアデザイナー
    お客さまの暮らしに役立つルームセットやホームファニッシングソリューションの企画・設計・実装
    空間全体のコーディネート・プランニング

    ②ビジュアルマーチャンダイザー
    売場のディスプレイ・商品陳列の計画と実施
    商品の魅力を引き出し、お客さまが選びやすい売場をつくる

    ③グラフィックスペシャリスト
    ストア内のサイン、ポスター、各種ビジュアルの制作・管理
    IKEAブランドのビジュアル表現の統一・強化

    ④カーペンター
    売場のルームセットやディスプレイの施工・設置
    木工技術を活かした売場什器や備品の制作・メンテナンス

    【登録対象となる方】
    ・インテリアデザイン、ビジュアルマーチャンダイジング、グラフィックデザイン、木工など、該当分野での学習・実務経験をお持ちの方　※経験年数や分野は問いません。実績やポートフォリオの提出を推奨します。

    Join Our Talent Pool – Communication & Interior Design

    At the Communication & Interior Design department, our Interior Designers, Visual Merchandisers, Graphic Specialists, and Carpenters work together on the shop floor to showcase the full potential of our products. We aim to inspire customers with ideas to improve life at home. This is the perfect opportunity for those who want to unleash their creativity and co-create new value as a team.

    We are currently accepting registrations for our Talent Pool in preparation for future hiring opportunities. Bring your design skills and creativity to IKEA!


    This is not an application for a specific open position at this time. By registering, you will be given priority notice when relevant job openings arise in the future.
    You may also receive information about recruitment events or workshops.

    Important Notes:
    This talent pool is intended exclusively for recruitment activities within IKEA Japan and will not be used for selection processes in other countries or departments of the IKEA Group.

    ① Interior Designer
    Planning, designing, and implementing room sets and home furnishing solutions that support better everyday living
    Coordinating and planning overall space layouts

    ② Visual Merchandiser
    Planning and executing in-store displays and product presentations
    Creating visually attractive and easy-to-shop store environments that highlight product features

    ③ Graphic Specialist
    Creating and managing store signage, posters, and various visual materials
    Ensuring consistency and enhancement of the IKEA brand’s visual identity within the store

    ④ Carpenter
    Constructing and installing room sets and displays in the store
    Creating and maintaining fixtures and equipment using woodworking skills


    - Individuals with educational or professional experience in interior design, visual merchandising, graphic design, woodworking, or related fields. *We welcome applicants from all experience levels. Submission of past work or a portfolio is encouraged.
    - Individuals who share IKEA’s values and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
