Business Location and Property
The main assignment for Business unit Business Location is to develop our business location southern Sweden with sustainable, easy, affordable and fun IKEA places and spaces.
Job description
As a Groundkeeper at Business Location you will maintain outside areas such as clearing flower beds, grass cutting, watering and other tasks in the outdoor environment. IKEA outdoor area in Älmhult and Bölsö are high priority areas and sets high demands that its clean and tidy.
Qualification
We are looking for you who are service minded, innovative, and self-driven with a passion for outdoor environment. For this position you need to have a driving license (B).
It is beneficial if you have experience of one or more of the following:
- Working with outdoor environment
- General knowledge or interest in gardening
- General knowledge and interest in machinery
As a person, you have a solution-oriented way, which is reflected in your way of communicating with colleagues and partners. You like meeting people from all over the world and have the ability to build good relationships. You are driven by efficiency, dare to challenge and the opportunity to change for the better. You can work in a fast-changing and complex environment, with simplicity in focus.

More Information
We are offering temporary, full-time (40 hours per week) positions, starting in May or June and ends late August. You will be located in Älmhult and report to the Property Manager at IKEA Property AB.
