    Department : Beds & Kids

    - Minimum 3 years of retail, sales, and leadership experience.
    - Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop coworkers.
    - Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
    - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    - Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

    - Experience in a high-volume retail environment is an asset.
