    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • University degree or related experience
    • Minimum 5 years of related experience
    • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the team to identify improvement opportunities and develop plans to create a comfortable, convenient and inspiring environment through optimizing online and offline customer experience touch points.
    • Manage and improve self-owned services and facilities such as the customer service desk, LIVAT Junior, self-service facilities providing a high-quality customer service. Collaborate with FM team to secure facilities like toilets, family rooms and rest rooms in good status.
    • Manage and train customer service team members to improve the team's service capabilities and overall customer service level, and customer complaints handling competence.
    • Collaborate with Concept, Design and RE team to create unique, innovative and inspring commercial spaces in indoor and outdoor area.
    • Feedback customer and tenant needs regarding third-party cleaning/security/property services to relevant functions, ensuring the smooth operation of daily operations

    Through deep insight into the touchpoints in the customer journey, starting from the customer's perspective, comprehensively creating a customer experience journey with the unique characteristics of LIVAT MP.
