  • About this work area

    As a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Leading Operations Co-workers within your area of responsibility to secure the highest level of goods availability and operational readiness at the lowest possible cost.
    • Creating and maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA policies, procedures and local legislation relating to health, safety, security and the environment.
    • Planning and coordinating people, shift and equipment resources to secure effective, high-quality and efficient daily operations.
    • Identifying, recruiting, retaining and developing talent within your team to build a high-performing and diverse workforce and support future succession needs.
    • Coaching, mentoring and developing co-workers through regular feedback, development conversations and performance reviews.
    • Driving operational excellence by contributing to business goals, analysing workloads, supporting seasonal volume requirements and implementing local business plans and projects.
    • Promoting quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives to minimise damages, improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
    • Supporting the implementation of IKEA's sustainability agenda within the operations environment.
