  • IKEA Warrington, WA5 7TY, are looking to welcome Click & Collect Assistant to join our hard-working fulfilment team.

    As a team member in IKEA’s Fulfilment team, you’ll be right in the heart of the action—picking, packing, and prepping orders. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role where teamwork, energy, and a knack for staying organised turn a busy day into a satisfying one.     WHAT WE OFFER

    • Start date of employment will be: 3rd November 2026.
    • Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour
    • 18 hours weekly, working 4 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.
    • Working hours are between 7am – 10:30pm.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Previous warehouse or stock handling experience is beneficial but not essential.
    • Ability to prioritise and organise your workload effectively, with strong attention to detail.
    • Comfortable using computers, handheld devices and internal systems to support stock accuracy and order fulfilment.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Adaptable and able to switch between tasks while working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physically capable of carrying out manual handling tasks, including picking, checking and moving customer orders.


    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Pick, check and prepare customer orders for Click & Collect, home delivery and in-store collection.
    • Provide an efficient and accurate collection experience, handing over orders and supporting customers when they arrive in store.
    • Receive stock, replenish products and maintain accurate inventory to ensure strong product availability for customers.
    • Use IKEA systems and handheld technology to support order fulfilment and stock accuracy.
    • Carry out quality checks to ensure orders are correct, complete and free from damage.
    • Support the returns process by handling returned products accurately and ensuring they are made available for sale as quickly as possible.
    • Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment, including general housekeeping and stock organisation.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the store to improve the customer experience and support fulfilment operations.
    • Follow all IKEA health, safety and security procedures and actively contribute to a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
    • Safely use manual handling equipment and work around warehouse machinery, such as pump trucks and forklifts, in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
