    • This role is Temporary (12 months), Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight, based in Service Office, Tempe NSW

    About this work area

    As Accounting & Reporting Co-worker (Record to Report) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Responsible for carrying out various month-end close activities, including but not limited to preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, review of ledger details, clearing, variance investigations and corrections, cost centre reclassifications.
    • Responsible for Intercompany reconciliations and transactions processing, Fixed asset management & Payroll Accounting.
    • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries in a timely manner.
    • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit standards.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with INGKA Group Accounting Policies (Dutch GAAP), IFRS and local accounting standards
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data integrity across the omnichannel retail environment.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues impacting financial data flow.
    • Lead or participate in finance transformation projects aimed at improving R2R efficiency.
    • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from various departments.



    As an A&R Record to Report Co-worker you are:
    • Holding tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or possess demonstrated equivalent experience. Holding a CPA or CA qualification.
    • Experienced in managing financial processes and reporting in a complex retail or commercial environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
    • SAP S/4HANA and Power BI experience is desirable.
    • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
    • Motivated to drive continuous improvement and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.
    • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business setting.
