  • Who you are

    • You have relevant experience in HR administration, mobility services, or a related field and are confident working with HR systems, dashboards and reporting tools.
    • You are a structured and service-oriented professional with experience in People & Culture administration and international mobility processes. You have a strong understanding of HR data management, mobility frameworks and compliance requirements, and you enjoy supporting leaders and co-workers with clear guidance and reliable service.
    • You work with high attention to detail and ensure that data, processes and documentation meet quality standards and service level agreements. At the same time, you are proactive and continuously look for ways to improve and standardise processes.
    • You are comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as recruiting managers, P&C Business Partners, external providers and global Centres of Expertise.
    • Your ability to communicate clearly and provide guidance helps create a smooth experience for co-workers, especially in complex processes such as international mobility and relocation.
    • You are confident in written and verbal English, and French is an advantage in this position.

    Your responsibilities

    • Support and advice recruiting manager, P&C Business partners and other stakeholder being a part of the Mobility process, as well as provide advice, support and trainings on Mobility process and questions within INGKA Group Functions.
    • Ensure that co-workers, including their accompanied families, are offered an excellent experience before, during and after their assignment by providing high quality support and service regarding mobility.
    • Ensure appropriate compliance with Mobility policies and governance on a local country level, as well as collaborate, partner and support Centre of Expertise on Mobility regarding implementation of strategic decisions and best practices.
    • Cooperate with different external and internal stakeholders to handle requests and to ensure a seamless relocation of new co-workers, as well as design, improve and coordinate processes with our global and local service providers (relocation, insurances, tax, payroll, education and partner support).
    • Support, challenge, guide, advice and influence to ensure that the mobility rules and benefits are implemented according to the IKEA values.
    • Handle people and culture data administration tasks to comply with all relevant service level agreements.
    • Execute work to support the implementation of new initiatives, programs, policies and services.
    • Continuously improve and standardise service delivery of all people and culture data administration activities.
    • Execute work, conducting audits and reviews of existing dashboards and reports to achieve acceptable quality standards.
