As Business Navigation & Operations Manager for the Queensland market, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Operate as a market leader in a VAPS environment, supporting shared market leadership across the Logan and North Lakes stores and taking responsibility for the performance and development of both stores.
    • Lead the market business and financial planning process in close partnership with the Market Manager and Market Management team, securing alignment between financial priorities, commercial direction and in-store reality.
    • Drive budgeting, forecasting, follow-up and scenario planning, maintaining a full end-to-end understanding of the Profit & Loss of both stores and the operational drivers behind business performance.
    • Identify commercial opportunities in collaboration with the Commercial Team and relevant functions, promoting strong business case, ROI and cost-conscious thinking.
    • Optimise market performance through close-the-gap analysis, benchmark KPIs and implementation of best practice, connecting business results to daily operations and what is happening on the shop floor.
    • Act as a trusted financial business partner and business navigator, influencing managers and specialists across Sales, CFF, Customer Relations, Com&In, IKEA Food, P&C, Recovery, Staff Planning, IT, and Risk & Compliance.
    • Provide leadership and governance across Business Risk & Compliance, Product Quality & Recovery, and IT Support, ensuring robust compliance, quality standards, operational continuity, and effective IT support at store level.

As Business Navigation & Operations Manager you are:
